Level: Beginner / Open Level

Workshop with Heidi Blais and Jill Campbell – AcroYoga Montréal
Tuesday, October 6th 2026, 6 p.m.–8 p.m. (2-hour workshop!)
We’re delighted to offer a premiere at the Center Of Gravity: a chance to be taught by the wonderful Heidi Blais and Jill Campbell, both members of AcroYoga Montréal. Since the trip from Canada to Hamburg is a little far, the two of them will teach you live via a connected screen with (almost) all-round camera view. They’ll be in Montréal, you’ll be here at the Center Of Gravity with your group.
Heidi and Jill have been flying together for over 15 years and teach side by side as part of the AcroYoga Montréal teacher-training team. Their signature style includes role-switching flows—where base becomes flyer and flyer becomes base—along with hands-free sequences, counterbalances, creative basing positions and partner handstands. Their approach goes beyond simply collecting tricks. Heidi and Jill devote time to full-body preparation, linking movement with breath to calm the nervous system and cultivate stability, connection and fluidity in their partner work. Together, they enjoy exploring the subtle edge between what is seen and what is sensed.
Level: Beginner / Open Level
Language: Mainly English. Heidi also speaks German – if a word is missing, that’s no problem. Ralph will be there in person and is happy to translate.
